Crook County RV Park is located in Prineville, OR, in the heart of Central Oregon. It is home to 81 RV sites, 2 cabins and 9 tent sites. We offer full hook-ups, back-in or pull-through spaces, WiFi, a dump station, a covered pavilion for gatherings (reservation required) and a restroom with showers. We offer 2 ADA accessible sites and restrooms.
Our office is open 9am to 5pm daily, closed Sundays November through March.
Our new laundry and community facility is now open! The facility offers 8 washers and dryers, a kitchen/cooking area, pool table and sitting area to relax in.
No livestock trailers allowed in the RV Park.
Events and Activities
Central Oregon has many outdoor adventures to offer it's visitors. Just 7 miles East of our RV Park is Ochoco Reservoir which boasts great fishing and water recreation. 22 miles to the South is Prineville Reservoir State Park, offering a large water recreation area. Walton Lake, a great non-motorized lake in the woods for a day of fishing, is located 32 miles to the East. For hikers there is Steins Pillar located 31 miles to the East and Smith Rock State Park, home to impressive rock climbing, is located 20 miles to the West. The Painted Hills Park is 51 miles to the East and the John Day Fossil Beds are 81 miles to the East. Located just across the road from our RV Park is a Youth Angling Pond, Dog Park and the Crooked River which offers great fly fishing fun. There is miles of biking and hiking trails for the outdoor enthusiasts.
Prineville is home of The Round Up each June, the Horse Races in July and the county fair in August.
